After finding A 1/8 oz nugget in Oct. , My birthday & my brother's birthday where coming up so I purchased 2 Nugget coil's ( Gold bug 2 & v-sat ) went back to the same spot to see if we could find anything we missed , Stayed in the same spot 6ft x 6 ft & found another 2 dwt. The coil's are small but work very well . Total of 4 dwt for 2 days beeping.

Which one performed the best?

My brother's V-sat found the most about 2 - 1 , Hi big problem is his detector weight is 2 - 1 , The gold bug 2 is very light
I did find one small one after he went over the area.

Thanx, reason I asked, is i have an old GMT and was considering getting a small coil for it. There are 2 options. The lil DD 4x6, and a concentric 6 in.

Sweet gold! good shooting!:occasion14:

Nice stuff!!!!
Does the whole GoldMaster series use the same coil? I have a nice old GM II that I have a 4x6 coil on. The coil was a "Prototype" that I bought from a guy that went by the name "Uncle Ron" (if I remember right) on the forums about forever ago. It won't find stuff my GB II will with it's 4x6 coil but it's still better than the Whites 10" coil. I always wondered if the Whites 6" factory coil would outperform the 6" coil I got from Ron.

I do not have the answer for that , Try one of the metal detector sales places like ( can i say Kelly co.?) they have good sales people they helped me a lot .

The later GMT using 48khz and I believe the older ones used 50khz. Compatible I'm not sure.
