I thought I saw somewhere the size restrictions for uploading pics to the forum, but can't find them now so I am just going to give this a try. This is a picture of some rocks from the creek in my back yard. On Windows XP I was able to resize, with Win 10 I'm not sure, lol. IMG_0251.webp

You see the "upload file sizes" when you upload a file (picture, etc.)...

In windows 10 I use paint to resize my photos. I wish the windows photo editor had that option but it doesn't yet.
 

I use windows 10 and never have a problem posting pictures here, but have to resize on another forum so i don`t post there .
 

I've found how to use the cropping funtion in Win10 to downsize the photos. Not the way I'd like to do it, but it works. I will try paint too.
