Thanks for the threat!

I had a similar incident. Sold on a Thursday, paid for Saturday evening, Monday was a holiday. Received an email on Wednesday saying it had been a week and they still haven't received the item and wanted a FULL REFUND. I explained the timing, and they opened up an "item not received" case. I forgot to add tracking, so I couldn't prove it had been delivered, so I ended up refunding the money. 3 weeks later they had listed the item for sale on the same account they used to buy it from me. I reported them to eBay, and they say I can't prove it's the same item. It was a Civil War Reunion Medal, with the same marks, scratches and nicks that were visible in the pictures I used in my listing. I tried 3 times to prove my case, and finally eBay said there was nothing they could do, because I couldn't provide proof it was the same medal.

Buy it. Leave a negitive!!!

In that kind of situation, it's best that the buyer does threaten you in writing - that way you can get negative comments wiped out.
