That's a wrap New England! (10 pics)
I'm moving to the South Jersey shore tomorrow so I thought I would post my New England finds from May to Oct this year.
I did my best to find some gold and got lucky every now and then with 11 total. Nothing worthy of those ring daddy gods but for my first beach hunting season I was pretty happy. It didn't hurt to dig this big honker diamond ring! One local guy here said this was the worst year for beaching hunting up here in the 14 years he's been detecting so I'm feeling pretty good about my finds.
The rest of the gold.
Being an old coin hunter I consider digging silver a good day. 31 silvers total.
Maybe I wasn't holding my mouth right for gold, I dug 878 pull tabs gawd!
342 dimes.
406 quarters
156 nickels
Gob of code blues and heart attacks.
I'm catching up to Jay Leno.
The reason I was constantly pulling up my beach shorts.
The huge pile of disgusting rotted zink slugs was not worth of a picture or counting!
