The Bermuda Triangle Of Dimes

This is the picture from last weeks post from dime beach.

So I hit the same spot last night and today. Dimes everywhere! Yesterday (106) dimes...today (75). That's a total of (356) dimes from the same spot.
My friend Dave coined the phrase 'The Bermuda Triangle Of Dimes'. I did pull the remnants of a silver spoon and 1936-P wheatie.

most of your finds are relative light. Another area might produce lead weights and heavy gold jewelry.

I always enjoy the end of the year clad clean up. Sometime near Christmas I start tumbling my clad finds. It's an all day affair. Everything gets hand wrapped and deposited at the bank.
Got a keep that ten percent the coinstar machine takes...

Every year I pick out a nice graded Half Eagle Liberty or Indian Head on Ebay and put it away.

I’ve been taking My Wife out to a good dinner with My yearly clad that I tumble. I hand roll mine also, but whoa that’s a lot of dimes!! Maybe I can talk My Wife into a Nice coin every year for the collection.

Way to go Rich. That's a lot of digging. I had one day there with 400 dimes. Sometimes scoop had 3 dimes in it. Thankfully most less than 4 inches deep. only one dime was silver. Keep having fun there

Keep digging, one of my lake spots the older coins appeared deeper after getting all the newer stuff out of the way. Nice finds, you gotta love being able to find that many coins! I seen a couple earrings and a ring in the mix, sooner or later might find the gold deposit.
