I was browsing a famous online site for a second metal detector when I started to realise there were a 1001 different excuses folks used for wanting shot of detectors so I wondered if we could do a translation.

1. I haven't got batteries to test = probably piece of crap that doesn't work.
2. Haven't got time to commit = went out found nothing a couple of times (get shot get cash)
3. Bad back/bad health =jury's out on this one as could happen

I've heard so many excuses in the past that I put my head phones on and tell people, "I hope you can keep up with me while I hunt. Oh by the way, shut up and hunt or stay home."

"Don't have the time" = I didn't find a diamond ring, a Morgan Silver Dollar, and $20 in clad coins in the thirty minutes I tried using this machine.

um i have a bad back, two bad hands, hearing loss, vision loss in one eye, hardly walk, but i still make a effort to get and search and recover stuff so far my best finds are a 1857 flying eagle, 1841 campaign token for the 9th president, to me thats better than a morgan or diamond ring, because i find hot wheel cars for my kids to play with

hurt my back * -- toting around this big frickin old ( bfo ) or older type heavy machine , so you buy it now , and wreck yours too.

do not have the time to commit -- can not figger out how to only find silver and gold with it and do it quickly to boot.

I do not have the batteries to "test" it with -- and I really hope you do not either cuz once I unload this non working pig on you --its all yours with "no refunds" buddy - buyer beware -- bring barreries and test drive it fully before even thinking of buying ( i wouldn't even think of buying it )
