The Explorer SE sniffs out a Ansonia clock key and a 1899 barber in the same hole..

Just three minutes into the hunt I get a deep mixed signal I'm thinking a deep IH, so I dig a plug at 11 inches down I probe the bottom of the hole the explorer is screaming silver, using my hand digger I plunge down and pull out a clod of dirt the size of a baseball place it on the ground probed the clod of dirt and and out pops a nice 1899 barber dime I probe the dirt pile again out comes the clock key doing a Google search the Ansonia clock co. Manufactured clocks from 1850-1929 how old mine is I don't know.... Looking at the pic of all your other digs are those starter pistol casings or nail driver casings? Where you hunting near an old school or track? Congrats on the Barber and the ole clock key.

Im hunting a large city park, and yes their bullet shells, the small ones sound like IH'S and the big ones sound like nickels most times i get 20 in one hole, lots of hunting small game happend here...
