I printed out this from Tom . I thought it is well stated and cover's the problem. BUT dealing with any gubermint office's is the problem !

Russ what I liked about the response was it set a tone beyond mining that this case needs to be settled by this court with all of the various opinions out there. PLF can argue the case once it gets excepted. I think PLF is on the right track.
