Sign of the times! 4 acres of this land has locked up almost 11 square miles of BLM land!

I believe, if someone has a mining claim on BLM land, whether it be a placer claim or hardrock mining claim, they cannot keep you from "tresspassing". You can camp right next to their activities as long as you are not removing minerals. Can't remember if I've ever been wrong about anything but it's a possibility.

Like the snake pic. That one pic looks like a type of mimosa, a member of the legume family. I'm just going by the flower structure and what leaves I can see. Is it a tree or a bush or a plant? I'm not real familiar with your plants down there, but that's where I would start searching for a proper ID.

It is a low bushy type plant mabe 12" high at the most, Probley woel not pay any attention to it if it wasn't in bloom. Thanks Arid.
