I had already purchased it last night from Amazon. Like I stated above, it wasn’t working for me yesterday. (Tried multiple computers). Not a big deal. I was just trying to inform OP that his link wasn’t working. Turned into some massive shitstorm. Just wanted the book and to support the guy...

Clive, I messed up and bought the 2nd book - The Advanced guide with the green cover before I bought your 1st book with the white cover. If I buy it from you, how fast can you get it here to Cypress, Tx.? I am heading to Colorado in a couple weeks and I have a lot to learn with the equinox.
