It works great. Sorry I don't know much about gold locations in other states though.

OK since Astro didn't say it I'm gonna tell you what I think he's thinkin. You could make 2 maybe 3 home made fluid bed sluices for the price you will pay for a mini bazooka. I know I took his advice and did. They work and good on fine gold.

Speaking of custom DIY gear, here' a video of one of my newer fluid bed builds that is somewhat similiar to a mini bazooka. It has three chambers though, the easier to keep fluidized. I built it out of scrap wood I had in the garage. I cant remember exactly how many fluid beds I have built by now, but its got to be over 10. I love building and testing equipment almost as much as prospecting.

Heres building it and one of the first tests:

And heres testing it in real slow water with hardly any pitch:

Astro that double flair fluidized box looks to work great, nice chunky flakes plus a load of lead and the shell end too, nice job!!

looks very nice.I love building stuff too.

I think that*this information is*the best.

Looks good AB. To push larger rocks along, rather than bending over, flip your shovel around and use the rounded handle end to push...much easier on the body and saves your energy for digging!
