I collect vintage Las Vegas things and can't find any other examples of this keychain. Does Florentine gold mean plate? Or could this be solid? I hope some fellow Vegas collectors out there can maybe tell me if this was given as a promo or VIP type thing. And, of course, what do people think it's worth? Thanks

I saw the (Gold Electroplate) google answer as well but that's on a specific website referring to a specific product. Do you have an actual source that says Florentine Gold IS or MEANS electroplated or did you just copy and paste that snip from that product description?

If not and it is solid gold, it could absolutely be for VIPs. What other "lucky" coin do you think they'd get? Other casinos made keychains out of "lucky" pennies so a half dollar one is a bit special.
