...they go on forever. Just outdoor pics from places I can still go to outdoor recreate. A pic of a rock in Grand County that I still haven't figured out, but it represents something to somebody.

I would like to know the story behind that rock?

I'll bet there is some Native America significance to the area. That is quite interesting.

I've never seen that rock before, but not often I go through grand county, unless I felt like switching up the trip. Still rather remote in and around up there.

That's on that road where you go past Henderson Mill on over Ute Pass towards Williams Fork Reservoir, tr. I always figured it marked the site of an old school or something. It's not NA old digger, but Middle Park is the location of the most paleo sites in North America, so I've been told.

That be my guess. Maybe an early ranchers family plot. I pulled off a gravel road between Cochetopa pass and Saguacha Colo. some time ago and about a mile down the road was a very small neglected cemetery of 4 or 5 tombstones fence off such is this one out in a vast sea of sage county. I took some pictures, but they're on a laptop that quit working I believe.
