Don't know how you guys find all these great places to hunt. I'm guessing you both do lots of research before hunting. Would love to see a video on what research you both do to prepare, before going out to certain sites.

yes! We do A TON of research. We talk to old-timers in our area to get some leads on which properties have been around for a long time. The field in the video, for example, belonged to a farm that has been an active farm since the 1700's. Then we look at modern day satellite data and compare it to old maps we have in our collection. We are actually planning on doing a research video in the winter, when digging slows down. Thank you for watching and happy hunting!
