I spent a couple of afternoons pounding the yard at the old 1855 farmstead and found these.
The yard is very trashy but I am getting it thinned out. I dug everything above iron today and would need a wide angle lens to show all the trash. It payed off. I found the Barber yesterday and the Indians today. The 76 indian is damaged, [I did not do it.]
Found another old lamp wick holder and the live round.
I don't know if the round is old or not.
Best luck to all and thanks for looking. Merf

Sweet Barber. ;D Even sweeter are the pair of IH's. Such good looking coins.....worth some decent $. Even with the slight damage on that '76 IH it's a great coin.

I can understand lower discrimination = IH's What about the Barber...was it being masked?

Bob

Thanks Bob-----That Barber was under an old hinge---It was sure a pleasant surprise.

That 1865 is a sweetie!

That is in the best condition of any really old IHs I have found SF
It was in the yard area and thus no fertilizer damage.
