Hi,

Can anyone help me!? I have the Cibola metal detector, but I pulled the cable connector. Connector with 4 pins. I have four of the cable wire but do not know where that is to be put. If someone has to open his konektro ida fit the picture so I can fix it.

Call Rusty Henry at the factory!

I sent an email to support a few days ago but do not get a response!

I need someone who has Čibolu to tell me just what wire goes to which number on the connector?
Or if you can to measure!?
The red wires are shorted me when measuring with the instrument.
The wire between the green have some resistance.
Only if one can measure on your metal detector and tell me which numbers between the short and the resistance between them?

Thank in advance.

Email never works as good as a phone call........

I called today and talked with Mr. Rusty Henry , but the response I got !
He is familiar with the problem , know what I'm talking about and said that helmets are bad but the answer to my question I got .
He insisted to send the detector to the factory for them to weld again . but since I'm far from the factory postage cost $ 45 and really do not intend to give so much to send .

Once again, to ask someone who uses the same Tesoro Cibola metal detector to extract their few minutes , open your connector, with the push of a button , get a photo of it is connected , and hang a picture to help me and others who have the same problem ( and obviously there )

Greetings to all

I'm from Serbia.
No matter how much the postage, I think my problem is pure nonsense and that there is nothing to hide.
Just like you would buy headphones from a well known manufacturer, and he said not to tell you how to attach the connector!

The reason Rusty suggested you send it back to the factory is they can repair it to factory specs.

What are you talking about? What factory features!? These are just four streak to solder. When you buy a TV right you are seeking to return to the factory, so you can make an HDMI cable that will display an image!?
If someone opened it and photographed its connector, I would put it back to factory specs

Helló Ivan!
No problem!!!!!!!

Red wire--3
shield --1

Green wire---4
shield ---2

Great Job Macko!

Looks like macko helped you out...........:icon_thumright:.... so now you can fix it and hunt....

Ivan, I would be very interested in your finds in Serbia.

Scanman

Thank you all, especially you macko! If you ever go during Belgrade (Serbia), you get beer, cask beer :)
Tomorrow I will try to fix it and I bring results.

Scanmen soon as I went to look for (and find something) will put images

Thanks a lot

Two years ago I was in Beograd. A barrel of beer. OK! Jelen pivo!!:hello2:
Do much work.Cibola good. DD coil is better than concentric.
Gb potentiometer should not do it will be very noisy.
Good hunting!

This is not the right combination of scheduling wires!!
Now I do more damage. After I set up the way that we Macko said, and turned the detector on non-stop runway. Does anyone now can tell me what this might be? So how to turn it on and check on the battery, then there is a constant and continuous sound. Does this mean that me Macko screwed and that I'm even more broke something? : (

I know it does that if the coil is not connected. Perhaps a bad connection?

Koncentrikus.webp

pin 3-1 4-4,5 Ohm

pin 4-2 62--65 Ohm

Threshold minimum! Battery Ok?
