Dodging the high winds & rain we managed 3 hours today.
The area we are doing is below the Trackway Site, mostly unsearched land.

That William III likely circulated for close to a century before it was lost. Probably has a slight bend to it near the top of the head, the only reason any detail was preserved at all. Golden age of piracy coin, imagine all the scurvy hands it passed through, witness and posession of many a barmaid and bandit recanting tales of the goings on in the Caribbean and the succession of a Hanovarian over a Stuart.

True & normally when they got this worn they would add some counter-stamps to it.
