I've been whineing about not finding any silver for a month.I have been to 4 or 5 old farm houses a couple of old one room schools an old train station and many parks. All I had to do was walk out my back door and check my own yard. I finally found my first silver coins today and boy am I pumped This is my house it was built in 1918.

started out with compass nugget.1970? have had many over years, current choice is Garrett ACE 350. collection includes: ace 250, AT Pro, ATX, Whites 6000, whites classic, still have my compass too.
did you find the morrels in all metal mode???

Nice Mercs, and the silver war nickel is very cool, too. :thumbsup: You don't find a lot of those around. It's cool you have an older house, you can detect your yard anytime you have a few spare minutes. You know there are proven finds there!!
