There's something about the color of yellow...

It is so awesome when you lift the scoop to the surface and while the sand is sluicing through the holes you catch the color of yellow in the scoop.

Went out this a.m. and found a couple coins, a junk earring, and a big lead weight. The best was a 7 gram 18K band.

Very nice... I've noticed since I started metal detecting my standard answer to the age old question....... What is your favorite color? has changed..... yellow is my answer now but yellow in the shape of a ring is best!

Nice, Ive never found an 18k!! been treasure hunting since i was a little kid in the late 70's!! found everything you can imagine cept 18 and 24k
