Here are some buttons I've found. Saw some posts on a button website that these (similiar ones) may be Civil War - Confederate????

Flat button "Rich Gilt" on the back
"large" flower button (no writing on the back)
small flower button (can see "rich," but can't make out the rest of the markings on the bottom - also has lines and looks like 2 small stars)
"link" button (no back - cleaned out the space between the links and the back is white, like maybe tin???) Sorry about the pics!! Any info on these would be appreciated! Thanks!! HH!

I wish the pics were a little clearer...

rest assured that flower buttons were a staple on many confederate uniforms.

Are those all one-piece?

Yes, they're all one piece. They were found in areas of Maryland associated with Civil War action. That's why I asked. Just wasn't sure. Yeah...I wish the pics were clear too!!! ???
