Beautiful pics; but those birds hit here in flocks and eat everything in sight. They wipe out my mayhaw crop and raid the strawberry fields. They are not liked very well here.

I work in the Warehouse District in New Orleans. In the building where I used to work on the third floor we would watch the cedar waxwings eat berries. The fermented berries get the birds drunk and they would fly into the windows all the time. They make a loud thud and would scare the crap out of us. My friend not too far away said he'd frequently see drunk waxwings on the sidewalk. Beautiful birds.
