Looks like a plumbing fixture.

Agreed, modern kitchen sink faucet mount. The handle would go on the end with the shaft and the spout would mount in what is now a hole in the other end. The smaller item is likely a part to go with the mount.

What you have is a 4'' center tub faucet , the ribbed piece in the second pic is for a rubber hose shower attachment. these were used in early clawfoot tubs , early 1900s or very late 1890s
