I hit my favorite relic spot last weekend with my brother and a visiting friend for my bi-yearly western hunt. 2 small children keep me busy in other ways these days . Hunting way off the beaten path has its advantages. I uncovered a small burn pit that yielded a good number of eagle buttons and insignia. Several firsts surfaced including the "B" "D" and half a Hardee pin. My favorite finds are buttons and head gear and these made my day. The Bormann fuses were also a first. If you appreciate glass as much as I do you will realize the significance of the Hospital shards and the Drakes. Someday I hope to uncover a complete example. I attached a few more pics in the post.
