thinking about new detector, which one

currently use xlt and fairly happy with it but was looking at dfx 3oo or mayb vx3. ive looked at both but havnt been able to take out in field and test. Has anyone used these three and would it really b worthwhile to trade up or just focus on working with the xlt?

I recently sold my old XLT and purchased the VX3....very happy with the new machine. Of course, I have always been a fan of Whites. Anyway, what I like about the VX3 is that I can make adjustments, but it is not complicated at all. Maybe someday I will be interested in upgrading to the V3i, but that would be off in the future at least a couple of years.

The three frequency really helps identify trash (particularly pull-taps).
