Thirteen Silver Roosevelt Dimes In One Box (With Photographs)

My wife and I went for a walk this lovely morning. On the way home we stopped at a local Wells Fargo Bank and bought a $250 box of dimes. The instant I opened the lid of the cardboard box I saw silver! Eleven rolls contained silver dimes. One of those eleven rolls held 3 silver dimes. This is the most I’ve ever found in a single roll.

This has been my best box of dimes so far. My previous best was 5 silver dimes for 1 box. Of course I’ve had more than my share of SKUNKS, too. I couldn’t get many halves this week, so these dimes saved what would have been a dry week for my silver coin hunting hobby. (I did find one 1965 and one 1967 half this week)

I like the 1964 Philadelphia dime the best. I think a mint mark detracts from the artistic beauty of a coin.

That was a great haul in those clear-wrapped rolls, I usually walk a mile around 'em.

Wow..thats Awesome..I like when you can see them right off the bat...I wish i would have made a video the ONLY time i ever found some good silver from CRHing...Plus i regained Confindence back in Wells Fargo.

Great score! Best results I've seen from the clear wrappers.

This is the exact opposite of the $250 Brinks box I got two weeks ago - solid 2010-P's!

Beats my best clear box, but not by much. The bag I found a couple days back would have ended up clear-wrapped.

Still an awesome find, and you had an ender too from the looks of it! Not every day you get 13 in a box.
