I don't know about the other old foggies on here, but I'm so old that I can remember when the selection options of "raincoats" was only about two dispensers on the restroom wall. And those things were LOUD when you put in a quarter. Yeeee cats! Everybody in the building knew you were "buyin".

LOL!!! Yeah, the station I worked at pumping gas (oops! Gave away my age!) it was so loud that I could sometimes hear it while standing by the front door. Of course, having it mounted on a piece of cheap paneling only magnified the sound.

It was really funny when someone would lose their money in the "bubble gum" machine and come ask for a refund. The more customers, the louder the conversation. Usually they gave up real quick --- and then a couple minutes later you'd hear another loud "click click click click click click THUNK! D#@$!!!" --- the machines had no way to know that they were empty.

Its irrelevant...besides its now 1:16 PM in SoCal...just sat down to take a Corona beer break from installing vanity cabinets in our guest bathroom...

The thermo says the inside temp is 101.5

The beer is bottoming out so it must be time to finish the project...

We'll finish the subject on the condominiums later...
