I got out for a couple hours this morning and was just digging clad when I pulled this thing out but not sure what it is if anyone could help it would nice to know what it is thanks for looking

What enviroment where you in when you found it It looks to me like it might be an old decoration for a horses saddle, maybe located on the chest of the horse
