🔎 UNIDENTIFIED This Shotgun Slug Has A Glass Ball Set Into It

[USNFLYR]

We were out in the pines again. We found our share of spent small caliber bullets, shotgun casings and old cartridges left by hunters. I have found deer slugs before, but this one appears to have a small marble or glass ball imbedded in it. My question revolves around its' rarity. Are these common? It’s the first I’ve seen….
Thanks in advance!

I believe they were more oof a DIY type thing. Glass blowers would fit the marbles to a standard load. First one I recall seeing posted also.
Well found, congrats.
