She looks pregnant so surely a sex stone. Lol. Cool shape but in all seriousness, I'm pretty sure its natural.

It reminds me of a female fertility figurine, Probably not and is just a concretion but it is interesting that it has a close resemblance to a female figure.

This is too symmetrical to be a natural concretion and I cannot identify any kind of fossil that would be another explanation...
Maybe started out as natural and somebody reshaped the other half..
