This weekend got off to a slow start. Saturday I headed out to a park in the country only to find it totally overgrown so I headed down the road to the next park only to find the same thing. Finally found a place to detect and just couldn't find much, one of those days I guess. Today was a little better, I headed up north to a park where I found some silver earlier this summer. I got the '36 Buffalo first then got the 1896 Barber quarter and the '18s Merc sandwiched together in the some hole. I also found what I think is quite possibly the thinnest Barber dime I've ever found an 1892. Also got 10 wheats then headed home. I had supper and decided I hadn't had enough so I headed out to my favorite old park and found one coin, the '44d Merc. The '50d and '58d Rosies I found during a short after work hunt during the week. Thanks for looking and HH
