This years first large copper...

[comfyinvermont]

Okay, so it's not the best one I ever found, but it's the first this year, 1817 and was good to see after almost six months of snow. Also a nice button, couple of horse bridle rosettes and bottom half of a musket butt plate. Thanks for looking...Lance

Nice finds. Congrats on this years first large copper. I'll have to go back through my relics. I seem to recall finding a piece or two that resemble that musket butt plate.

WOW !!! Nice to see the VT stuff. I am waiting for my new truck before I can get back into the old spots. Still a little wet in places here.

It is a blessing...*SPRING* !!!!!! The snowing melting , robins returning , the bugs waking up , and the first hunt !!

Congrats Lance...nice finds

The Lg Cent is in pretty good shape compared to how they can get that green rock hard crusty gunk and a butt plate piece !
I dont know about you but that end piece gets me to wondering..was it broken off after being smashed into someones skull during a fight ?

Think about it
