Thoughts on saving Pre 1982 Pennies??

In the last week or two I have saved a little more than two jars full of Pre 1982 pennies. I am wondering if this is a good idea and if I should keep on saving them? Any thoughts?

I sell mine on Ebay I sell about 100$ face value and get about 140$ for them
