🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Threaded tool or tie down?

Found at the spot behind my work. It was a lot of farmland for centuries. I found an iron patch near the old dump and wanted to see what kind of items were there. It's also near the outhouse holes. Google lens said " Bed Key" but you know how accurate that thing can be sometimes .

Thanks Nathan, once again you got me scratching my head with some nice find.
It could be a tie down-(-the two angles section) but the short-threaded rod is the part that's making me say mmmmmmm

I found something similar looking to that once, it was part of a screw mechanism for opening a cork on an old bottle, you would have turned the screw and it would have pulled the cork out of the bottle automatically without needing a cork screw. Maybe from a similar mechanism.
