any t-netrs from the St. Louis area probably know of these places, but if anyone who has CABIN FEVER you might want to check these out. CAHOKIA MOUNDS STATE HISTORICAL SITE 618-346-5160 for hours. LABOR and INDUSTRY MUSEUM 123 North Church Street Belleville Illinois is hosting ''Your Modern Archaeologist". Hours are 10 am to 4 pm SATURDAYS or call 618-222-9430 for appointments. They have a nice display of prehistoric and historic artifacts. And in EDWARDSVILLE ILLINOIS you can check out the MADISON COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM 715 North Main Street . They have a fantastic display of Mr. Raneys collection he collected when he farmed the present day CAHOKIA MOUNDS SITE : 9am to 4pm Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 1pm to 4pm on Sundays. If anyone is planning on attending the COLLINSVILLE SHOW in 2011 these are all within an hour of the show. JUST thought i would pass these along. The Madison County Museum did not list a phone number but i will post it later. If you want to see some FANTASIC CAHOKIA POINTS you need to check this places out !!!!!!!!!
