I got to go out this afternoon for a short hunt.
It was a beautiful Hawaiian winter day. The temperature in the mid eighties with the water a bit cooler... almost unbearable ;D
I did get three rings:
One titanium :(, just laying on the bottom.
One stainless steel :P
One 14k gold ;D, weighing 4 grams.
Like the title of the post reads, a three ring circus.
Unfortunately, I got two clowns and only one star.

What detector do you use?

3 Ring Circus, beats the heck out of 3 pull tabs any day........Nice finds... :icon_thumright:

Picture is an Excalibur for suree, it is in the water so little hard to tell, doesn't appear to be the Lime Green Excall II so I'm guessing Excal 1000, later model with the yellow headset............I'm guessing 2005 to maybe late 2007 or early 2008. I think the Excal II was released in Spring of 2008....

Of course it could be a special modified one like some of us do. I spliced a WOT coil and Team Orcasound headphones on mine.....

Love those photos. The rings are really nice. Glad you're having luck. I've hunted the beaches over here all summer and all I got was one tungsten carbide ring. I must have offended the treasure gods or something. :-\

Well done! :icon_thumleft:

Turtle Bay really putting out for you I see. That fat band with the 5 diamonds earlier this year was a real nice find. Country's been unusually calm so far this season. Suppose it's just a matter of time before that first "big" 25' swell hits and then maybe it's Eddie time. Nice hunt

Great finds!!! Lov the water, I got to get out there!!!

congrats on the rings...really enjoyed the pictures also.

Those rings are better than me sitting at home admiring those in the low teen temps we're having. COngrats.

Love the pics in the water. Great idea!

T Bay is a fickle one... You'll find three in one day and then not find anything for the next 6 hunts. ???
How about you? Been hunting and or finding anything?

I know what you mean. Same fickle situation here in town. I had a few good days up your way in Oct though.
