Dowsing Rods and a Ranger Tell Examiner
Years ago we were working a creek and getting good gold. One day it was gone. So we did what the old timers did. We started digging holes about 20 yards up the bank for a 100 feet in each direction. We took each hole down to the creek and panned it and marked the results on a map. We went up another 20 yards and done it again. The gold will move down the mountain and fan out as it moves down and form an inverted V on your map. After 2 months of lugging 5 gallon buckets up and down the mountain we found the source of the gold.

In 2004 a claim owner ask me to find the source of his gold. This time I had my dowsing rods. I did the dowsing and he took gps readings and marked the map. We found the gold source and it was lower on the mountain than the other one but only took 12 hours. He is working at the site but still can't decide if he wants to invest in big equipment or not.......Art
