Any ways to go around the overlay? I have old maps and current ones. I just can't find a free mobile app to overlay and I don't have a desktop.

Wow...I'm not sure about a mobile app...Sounds like it would be difficult. Wish you lived in Virginia and I would be glad to help ya. The Google Earth is all I have used.
