I only have 2 that were given to me, one from Tennessee; birthday gift a few years ago from a co-worker and one from N. Alabama; a gift many years ago from one of my supervisors. I keep them separate from my personal finds as well.

That’s a complete artifact but a total mystery to me. Almost like a drill missing the tip but shows being reworked. I was hoping someone would recognize it and say

Yea I’ve got a few more but those are the best ones. I like the Stanly something I just don’t find. There are a couple that look rechipped but I think I got them from raffles I won.

Most are TN in the frames. First pic bottom left row the whiteish one is from NC. I used to have a bunch of them. I’ve bought collections in the past to. But not in the past 5 years. I’ve looked at a few but they have been modern trying to pass as ancient.

It’s called a Stanly probably from NC or TN. I haven’t found any like it yet. Kinda small shame on the one ear. Archaic period
