90% - TOTAL 46 (22 '64 JFK, 14 Franklins, 10 Walkers)
40% - TOTAL 38

YES!! THIS WAS ALL OUT OF 1 BOX! I'll get the camera out tomorrow and post a few pics!
Cannot believe this! This box is over $800 at current spot!

Great Box!! What area of the nation are you in? Also, did you get them out of Brinks, Loomis, Garda?

I'm in the north east. I'm not positive but I think it's Loomis, based only upon the rolls and nothing else. I've never seen a Loomis truck at this bank...

I'm pretty sure I got someone's collection. In addition to all that silver, there were also 3 gold plated halves and about 100 or so 2009 Halves, which I believe were only sold to collectors and not intended for circulation...

Nice, I still have yet to have a box like that. I think ym best box had like 6 keepers in it. I'll hit one on of these days. Hat's off to you!

I think there is one exception, that being a 1976-S circulation (non-proof)? They made all kinds of different combinations that year, 40%, etc.

I think you may be partially right. They did make an "S" mint non-proof Bicentennial, but I don't think it was released into circulation as it was 40% silver and only offered in collector-type sets. I am not 100% positive on that though.

To clarify, since 1968, all half dollars with an "S" mint mark (except some 40%ers in '76), are indeed proofs.
