Today's Dime Hunt

Searched two boxes after work today. Recent averages have been low so when I pulled 3 Rosies and a Merc from the first box, I was really happy. Second box had me scared till the last few rolls when it produced 2 more Rosies.

1942 Merc
1957 Rosie
1959 Rosie
2x 1963 Rosies
1964 Rosie

Sweet.. Five in two boxes is great.. You got a merc also.. I find a decent amount of mercs but they always seem to be 1942 or 1944.. Still waiting on that 1916D lol...

Nice. I found 3 silver Roosevelts today. Is it worthwhile to keep the clad uncirculated Roosevelt dimes I found this week? 1998-2012

6 in two! Haha and yeh, same here with mercs. Always a '42 or '44. Had a couple of '37s. I think those are the high mintage years.

That's a choice you gotta make. They will only really hold a value above face value if they age. You gotta okay the waiting game. I throw back the clad unless it's an error of some sort.

Perhaps I should pay a little more attention before posting, though I don't know if it will help.. Math was never my thing.. :laughing9:

Nicely done. I have gotten 1 Rosie out of the last 4 boxes I'v searched. Very jealous.

Not really. If you had any 1960s and 1970s clad, you could get some profit on eBay for a full roll.
