Anyone know what this is? Looks to be brass. This my very first find. Just opened my detector today so be nice please.

+1. Including a ruler, coin, or something to suggest size would help, as would supplemental views.

It looks like the right end may have been broken off(?)

Any marks of any kind (including wear marks that may suggest purpose).

So far, Lens thinks it's a bone.
