No it was in the front yard of a 1910 house. There were no other such items in the area. Nice clean yard. Kind of odd due to its age.
 

I hope it's silver. But if not, it might be nickel. I dug up a 5 inch ingot looking bar once that looked silver but on one side said nickel. Don't know what it's used for. Either way you have some Great FindsThere!!

hey i have one that is similar to that silver chunk...found it out panning the other day...we took it in to a rock shop and old bill tested it and it come up silver...thinks it is a group of silver coins that was melted during a fire. nice finds and keep it up.
