Went for a hike around the hills in the Comstock mining district this morning. Just looking for random places where people might have camped or made buildings. Found a spot with lots of surface sign like glass, china and rusty cans. No coins showed themselves, although that brass washer had me going for a minute!

Tomorrow it's back up to Lake Tahoe to see what the weekend revelers left for me!
