Today was a great day in the Hudson valley. Thanks to SMS88 for the invite and it was nice to see the "boys" again. Never found so many religious artifacts in one day before. I think this place was a religious retreat before it was a college.

Very interesting finds--what is with the 200 days on the religious medal--any idea? Great photos.

Thank you for posting.

Boy the Hudson Valley looks great from there. I love the token. Very interesting. Just looking at that picture and thinking way back to the early 1600's when Hudson first sailed up the river gives me goosebumps. Nice post.

Nice, nice photos too. We hiked way north and ended up taking a cab back to get the car, after eating at Subway. You missed that part :-)

That looks like an awesome place to find some old artifacts of the fur trade!

Nice Finds at my place! We should have stayed with you. Were all three things found at the CIA? And yes, this used to be a monastery founded in 1906

Great Finds Earthworks, where you from? Im from Saugerties NY... would be great to get a few local Hudson Valley together for a field hunt

pretty sweet Gary! you did a lot better than the shotgun brasses and pieces of wire i was able to find up there :tard: . i understand you guys are killin em today! .............but thats another post!

Nice job again today woith the LC. Mine was an 1839 booby head. If you got an 1823 or an 1857, you did great because those are the key dates!

One of the few things I miss from Poughkeepsie, where I grew up until moving to Florida in 1989 was the neat finds.....

I like the cross
