The backyard mint is in bloom and has become a very busy place for several insects. Here are some from this morning. (can y'all tell that I'm bored?) The thread waisted wasp isn't on the mint but the best photo of it was after it landed on a weed to rest. I was surprised to see a honey bee in the group as they are almost extinct in this area. Hopefully the next photos will be better...it has been so hot haven't wanted to do much of anything. Enjoy, and everyone have a great day.
