todays short hunt at old hotel updated new pictures

got out for an hour today went to a old hotel that looks over a lake the place is up for sale spoke to the security man and he said no problem to have a look with detector first signal was iffy so decided might as well dig it found the half Penney on its side poped the pin pointer in the hole and got 3 silver coins and one Penney next signal loud and clear and another silver then a threepence and some more Penney's and half Penney's the key thing was in the same hole as the silver as well i will get them cleaned up and re post some more pictures any idea on best way to clean the silver coins

Cleaning of the coins depends on their value... If they are of value, have them professionally cleaned... If they're not valuable, get some baking soda and enough water to make a paste to rub the coins with... Rinse with water and you'll be amazed at their shine...

Either way, can't wait to see them all cleaned up...
