Purely guessing:
But a draw knife handles go the other way?
Is it big enough to be a boot scraper? (Pound the pointy ends into your porch?)

That tool is called a "grafting frow" circa 1820 - 1850.

and thanks to everyone for your responses.

Seems like every piece of metal I pull out of this new site has history. Now if I can just find where the coins are hidden.

I've also found an old cant dog & a kerosene lamp top circa 1880 & and a oil can piece circa 1890.
I picked up a bullet shell off the ground marked peters 30 30, I think it's circa 1930-1940 and it was on the top soil under some leaves.
