Good dig yesterday. Lots of relics, 3 rabies tags and some clad . Love finding anything you can identify and find old advertising for. Looks to me like it simply says 'TEA SPOON'

I would guess it has nothing to do with tea, but is a measuring spoon for that quantity and was probably part of a set (hence the hole in the handle to hold the set together).
