It's nothing compared to johnnygood's absolutely GORGEOUS gold coin, but hey, I'm a newb!

I spend $60 on 4.3# of paydirt in order to practice panning. This is what I've pulled out of it:

0.3358g gold
0.51ct garnet

I've saved the dirt because I know there is a lot of flour gold in it, and I expect to find more gems, too, but that's another day!

Happy to be posting some sort of treasure, no matter how small.
