Primary Interest:
Prospecting
No marking, numbers etc on this toy. Horse is two pieces and inside the drum are metal pieces that when rolled make noise.
I have not been able to find this type of cart ( drum ) on my research. All thoughts welcome. Thanks to all ..........

Very cool.
The ‘americanjazz.com’ website has it listed as “Tiny Horse with Roller” for $475 (in much better condition though):

A very rare and tiny American tin horse pulling a roller/rattle. The very small size along with very good detail on the horse makes this colorful toy enchanting and desirable, c. 1880, perhaps Mirriam of Ct.

jewelerguy ... you did find it, appears the museum just posted the wrong picture with their description..

Red-Coat ... I had no idea this little toy was considered "very rare" what a nice surprise. Once again you pulled a rabbit out of the hat. Appreciated on my part.

jewelerguy & Red-Coat .. many thanks & have a good one ......
